Why world trip ?
Why not ? First we moved in together, in Lüneburg, a contemplative place in Northern Germany. Especially the winters are so cozy, when the cold wind rushes past the small windows and you can drink tea and eat cookies without getting cold or even wet feet. An ideal place to prepare a trip around the world.
It started in 1997 and lasted two years. Since then, staying at home has been a difficult exercise. That’s why we just keep traveling and reporting.
We are currently preparing our new Van Adventure.
Travel Blog
In our Travel Blog we report about our travels, exciting places, interesting people. Whenever possible, we are on the road and look for the new.
After we made our first trip around the world in 1997, the second one followed in 2000. Then the trips became shorter in time with our kids together.
But the best is yet to come!
Our Journeys
We tell a picture story of our experiences about our two trips around the world so far. In two years we have seen some parts of the world, far from knowing the world. You will find other journeys and city trips as well, most with our kids.
We hope to encourage others to pack their backpacks and discover new things.
